Return & Exchange Policy
At NORMLESS, every piece is checked before it ships. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order, as all sales are subject to the terms below.
Exchanges Only — No Returns or Refunds
We support exchanges only. Returns and refunds are not accepted under any circumstances.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of the date your order is successfully delivered. Requests made after this window cannot be processed.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for exchange, items must be:
- In their original, unused condition
- Free of any stains
- Free of any unusual odor (smoke, perfume, body odor, etc.)
Items that do not meet these standards will be returned to you, and the exchange will be declined.
Sale Items
Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged. Please review the size chart carefully before purchasing, as sizing-related issues are not eligible for exchange on discounted items.
Unboxing Video Required
For any claim involving a defective or missing product, customers must provide a clear, continuous video recorded while opening the package. This video is required as evidence to process the claim. Without it, we are unable to verify the condition of the order on arrival.
Exchange Terms
- Each order is eligible for one exchange only.
- The replacement item must be of equal or greater value than the original item.
- Any price difference paid toward a higher-value item is non-refundable.
Shipping Costs
If the exchange is not the result of an error by NORMLESS, the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs of the exchange.
If your returned package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim, as the package is in their care once it has been handed over.
How to Request an Exchange
